BatArtworks is responsible for the completion and delivery of orders you make in the shop.

If you visit the BatArtworks web-shop for the first time, we advise you to make a registration first. Registration is optional and gives you a lot of benefits. When you are registered, and you want to make an order in the shop, you only have to login using your password and user name. In accordance with provision of services, when you ask information, order products or services, or having contact with BatArtworks otherwise, BatArtworks will record the information. BatArtworks will use this information to prepare and achieve the agreement and/or sending the asked information. Besides that BatArtworks saves information to improve the provision of services and to keep you updated about activities,
new products and services. Herewith BatArtworks tries to pay attention to your preferences. If you do not want to receive deals or information, you can draw back your agreement for using your email address in your account. Also you can declare when making your account, if you want to get this information or not.
All prices are inclusive 21% VAT.
When you do not want to purchase the product for what kind of reason, you have the right to send back the product within 14 days after receiving it and cancel the agreement. Send backs will be accepted when the product is unbroken and unused in the original packaging. Broken or not correct deliveries can also be send back. You can criticize the product the same way as you can do in a shop, you can fit the product, but not use it. Please do not send back products without sending an email with mentioning your order number to : firstname.lastname@example.org. Please mention if you want to send back the product, or if you want to exchange, then mention the new article number and size. The customer service will inform about the procedure.
BatArtworks customers are entitled to upon receipt of the goods within 14 days an item to exchange / return. The clients have to pay for the shipping cost of return. The goods can only be returned in undamaged packaging and not opened, they should be in the same condition and should not be used or worn. This related to hygiene. Nor should any labels, stickers and cards removed. If you want am article to exchange / return you should use the following steps. Send us a direct email containing your order number and specify any complaints / reasons for exchange / return. Waiting for reply before you send the item back, you will receive instructions how to act.
General conditions to the exchange / return an article Correspondence is by email, it is your own responsibility that we have your correct email address. Notification of the returned goods must be made within 8 days after the call with us inside. 8 days begin on the date you received the goods. Unstamped or not sufficiently stamped returns are refused by us and not adopted. Please note that not every article can be exchanged. See below. These conditions are not met right to exchange each lapse of an article. All costs incurred, we charge the customer. BatArtworks will pay within 10 working days after full completion of the returns goods your money back.
Articles that can not return
The following articles can not be exchanged / returned:
• articles not included in original condition and / or packaging are.
• articles that worn / used.
• articles with the labels, stickers and card removed
If you do not meet these conditions means you can not trade Articles / return. All administrative costs incurred in the Netherlands (6.00), other countries (15,00 euro) will be charged to the customer.
If the customer receives a defective product, in an undamaged packaging by BatArtworks exchanged for the same or similar product. To this end, the customer within 8 days after the call to contact our customer service. If we find that we have sent a damaged product we will reimburse the shipping cost of the exchange. You have received the wrong article If you receive a wrong product, BatArtworks will exchanged this for the same or similar product. The customer need within 8 days contact our customer service. After receiving the payment, the order will be send out within the mentioned delivery time (max. 10 working days), The payments will be realized with a protected and coded connection. All information will be removed directly after using the transaction. For more info send email to email@example.com By using a credit card transaction we legal reserve to check your payment extra, which can cause some delay on the delivery time of your order. You do not get any message from our side. We do this for yours and our safety.
